Ravenshead u3a welcomes new members from Ravenshead and the surrounding area. We are open to anyone who is not in full‑time employment.

You are welcome to come along to a monthly meeting or visit a group meeting to see what we do and meet our members and committee. (Please note: you may attend up to two meetings or groups before joining).

To provide an enjoyable and welcoming community, we have developed a code of conduct. By joining Ravenshead u3a you agree to:

• Follow the principles of the u3a movement
• Act in the best interests of Ravenshead u3a and the wider u3a movement, avoiding any action that may bring the u3a into disrepute or expose it to undue risk
• Use Ravenshead u3a resources responsibly
• Reflect current organisational policy
• Abide by Ravenshead u3a procedures and policies
• Treat all members with dignity and respect at all times

New members can join in any of the following ways:

1. Join online
   Complete your membership online. Payment is by debit or credit card through PayPal.
   A PayPal account is not required — select “Pay by credit or debit card” and then “Checkout as guest”

2. Email the Membership Secretary who will send you a membership form and details of how to join.
3. Come to a monthly meeting. Membership forms will be available at monthly meetings. Ask the Membership Secretary or any committee member.

i  A full member is a member who is not a member of another u3a.
