Led by Lizzy and Alex, a respiratory physiotherapist from the Nottinghamshire County Long / Post COVID Service, we had a very informative session on Tuesday, with lots of interaction. We were able to understand more about long COVID, its symptoms, how it can be managed, what the team provides and how their services can be accessed.

Our next Living Well meeting will be on Tuesday 2 June. The topic will be the gut microbiome. We also hope to provide tastings of 2 or 3 fermented foods and understand how such foods may be beneficial to our gut health.
