In June 2026 the Food and Cookery Group met at a member's home where the theme was ‘Vegetarian & Vegan’ dishes.

Each one of the 10 members provided a dish including gazpacho, Caprese salad, tomato galette, aubergine parmigiana, vegan Pavlova & vegan chocolate & cherry cake.  All dishes were fantastic! 

Midway through the lunch (very full tummies) we completed a quiz relating to famous vegan people and also a general vegetarian quiz.

Great fun!

Next month it’s a barbecue & we’re all hoping for a lovely sunny day!
