We had a great salsa session yesterday (26th August) with guest teacher Stephanie Adlington who took the group through some amazing styling techniques and fun choreography.

It was a marvellous turnout which included people who hadn't been for a while but everyone took away something positive they had learned in the form of new moves and steps that they can include in their own dance routines.

We are still short of leaders to lead our lovely followers around the floor so don't worry if you have two left feet - we all did when we started out but our confidence has soared and just look at us now!

Our group meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month so come along and enjoy the fun!
