Successful people about whom others had commented that that they would not amount to much and who should be focusing on their studies and ordinary jobs. These included:-
Rebecca Adlington – On (again) not handing in her homework as she would go training every evening after school, “It’s not as if you are going to become an Olympic champion is it?”.
Tom Jones – Comments on his record at the Pontypridd Job Centre to the effect that he should get a job instead of harbouring delusions about becoming a professional singer.
Steve Davies – practising snooker instead of doing school work.
Ils ne deviendront jamais grand-chose.

Altogether a lively session with a good range of topics and mostly done in French – with a bit of English here and there when clarification was required.
Dans l'ensemble, une séance animée avec un bon éventail de sujets et principalement en français – avec un peu d'anglais ici et là lorsque nous voulions clarifier quelque chose.
