For the June monthly meeting we invite you to step back into the coalface with David Coleman, who brings local history vividly to life in a powerful one‑man performance.

David is an ex-miner and Deputy.  He has worked in several Nottinghamshire pits, finally ending his career at Thoresby Colliery. 

‘Tales of a Pitman’ tells us more about his life and the lives of the people he worked with.
